Privacy policy

This policy explains what Refresh Digital LLC DBA XYR Partners (“XYR Partners”, “we”, “us”) collects through xyrpartners.com, the consult line and the free tools on this site, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for a client firm is governed by that firm’s agreement with us.

What we collect

What you send through a form. The consult form asks for your name, work email, firm name, firm size, current website and anything you choose to add in the message box, plus a checkbox confirming you’re authorized to inquire for the firm. We receive exactly what you type.

How you found us. When you send a form, it also carries the page you sent it from and where your visit started: the first page you landed on, the site or campaign that sent you, and the same for your current visit. Your browser keeps that in its own storage for up to 90 days so it can be added to a form. It isn’t a cookie, and it isn’t sent anywhere unless you submit a form.

Calls to the consult line. The consult line is answered by an AI assistant. It asks about your firm and collects the details you give it, such as your name, firm and contact details, so we can review the fit and follow up.

What you enter in a free tool. If you use a free tool on this site, it receives what you type into it, such as a website address. Our server may fetch public pages from that address to run the check. We don’t keep the results or the address after the check runs, unless you choose to send the results to us with a request.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics. This site doesn’t run a visitor analytics tool today. If we add one, we’ll update this policy first and say what it measures.

How we use it

We use what you send to review whether your firm is a fit, reply to you, schedule a consult and keep a record of the request. We use the “how you found us” details to learn which pages and sources bring inquiries, which is the same reporting we build for our clients. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the code that receives forms and tool checks.
• The tools we use to manage inquiries, email and calls, including the provider that runs the AI assistant on the consult line, process what you send only so we can respond and keep records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to work with you if you become a client and to keep reasonable business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond promptly. You can also clear your browser’s storage for this site at any time, which removes the “how you found us” details.

Children

This site is for law firms and the people who run them. It isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, the new version replaces this one on this page. We’ll update it before any change in what we collect takes effect.
