About XYR Partners
XYR Partners builds one connected system for law firms: the website, organic search, AI visibility, intake and a monthly report that shows where each inquiry came from and what it became. It’s one partner and one monthly price in place of the five vendors most firms juggle.
Who does the work
William Schneider is the founder and engineer (his full background), and today he’s the only person on the team. Nobody else has been hired, so there’s no account manager between you and the work. You talk to William at the consult, at launch and at every review, and calls with him aren’t capped on the full plan.
He’s delivered web-development work since 2016 and holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University. He also built CompeteScan, a daily tracker that scans ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity to see which businesses those engines name.
Why XYR exists
CompeteScan came out of one client’s problem. Their meeting requests from organic search were sliding, yet their Google rankings hadn’t moved. The cause was ChatGPT naming three competitors every time someone asked for the “best marketing agency” in their category. Nothing in a rankings report would ever have shown it.
That’s an origin story, not a case study, and it doesn’t prove a result. It’s the reason XYR treats AI answers as part of search, and the reason the monthly report follows each inquiry from its first measurable source to what your team confirms it became.
William’s other conviction is about order. In his words:
Marketing sends people to your website. If that site is slow or clumsy, you’ve paid to make a bad first impression.
So the website comes first, then the visibility work that sends people to it.
How the work gets done
- Design first, at no cost. We design your new site before you pay anything. Revision requests are unlimited, and the first invoice is due only after you approve the design in writing. If you never approve one, you owe nothing.
- Launch at the end of the first paid month, as long as your approvals come back on time. New content starts in month two.
- Four research-backed pages a month. Each one is researched, drafted and sent to your firm for approval. Nothing publishes until your own attorney signs off.
- One report that connects source to outcome. The Source-to-Inquiry Report separates the first measurable source, the outcome your team confirms and the fees you confirm were collected. You can use a matter or contact ID instead of case details.
- No minimum term. It’s month to month after design approval. The site and brand are yours as soon as the first month is paid, and if you leave, you get a free month of help moving them.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell the website, SEO or receptionist on their own. The Charter Offer is one system.
- We don’t run paid ads or manage ad spend unless that’s added in writing.
- We don’t promise rankings, a set number of leads, signed cases or a specific return.
- We don’t claim to know your case revenue. Your team confirms outcomes each month.
- We don’t give legal advice or bar-compliance guidance. Your firm’s attorneys approve everything published in your name.
- We don’t work with two competing firms. It’s one firm per practice area per city while the engagement runs.
Who we work with
Established, consumer-facing firms, usually with 2 to 15 attorneys, real search demand in their market, reliable intake and room for more matters. Our first practice areas are family law and divorce, criminal defense and DUI, immigration, and estate planning and probate. We work remotely with firms in all 50 states.
If that sounds like your firm, request a consult below or call the consult line.
