Immigration attorney marketing, organized by the case your client has
Your clients don't search for "an immigration firm". They search for help with a green card, a work visa or a hearing date. We build the site, search presence and intake around the cases you take.
$5,000 a month · No minimum term · One immigration firm per city
Immigration attorney marketing gets your firm found by people looking for help with a specific case, from green cards to removal defense. XYR Partners builds a page for each case type you take, runs search and AI visibility, answers calls with an AI receptionist and reports which inquiries signed and paid. It's $5,000 a month, with no minimum term.
We work with immigration firms in all 50 states, and take one per city.
Clients search by case, not by firm
Someone with a work-visa problem searches for an H-1B lawyer, not for a firm’s name, so the site needs a page that answers that exact search.
What immigration clients search
Google search volumes in the US, measured on 30 September 2026. They show how big the demand is, not how much of it your firm will get.
| Search | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| immigration lawyer | 135,000 |
| immigration lawyer near me | 27,100 |
| free immigration consultation | 4,400 |
| h1b lawyer | 3,600 |
| green card lawyer | 1,600 |
| deportation lawyer | 1,000 |
| daca lawyer | 720 |
Spanish searches are part of the market
“Abogado de inmigración” gets 18,100 searches a month in the US, and “abogado de inmigracion cerca de mi” another 3,600 with a keyword difficulty score of 1 out of 100, which means very little competes for it.
What we do with that
We don’t assume every firm should publish in Spanish. If your team serves Spanish-speaking clients, we’ll look at the demand in your market together on the first call and agree who reviews any Spanish pages before they go live. “Abogado de inmigración gratis” adds 2,900 searches a month, so the consultation question matters in both languages.
Flat fees change what a good inquiry looks like
Many immigration firms bill a flat fee for a case, and Nolo notes that it’s often paid up front or in installments, more often for family cases than for deportation cases.
How we set it up for a flat-fee firm
- A page for each case type you take. Family petitions, work visas, citizenship and removal defense each get a page written for the person facing it, so the right page answers their search.
- Clear answers about consultations and fees. Whatever you decide about free or paid consultations, the site says it plainly, so the people who book know what happens next.
- Calls answered. The AI receptionist answers the calls you miss under rules your firm approves, and every form submission goes straight to your email.
- AI answers, tracked. We watch whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity name your firm for the questions immigration clients ask, and fix what keeps you out. Our guide on getting your firm recommended by ChatGPT explains how.

What the report tracks for an immigration firm
Each month you’ll see consults booked, retainers signed and first payments received, each tied to the first measurable source.
Why we track the first payment
A booked consultation isn’t the same as a client. For a flat-fee firm, the first installment is the clearest sign that an inquiry became a case. The Source-to-Inquiry Report keeps the first source our tracking saw attached to each inquiry, and your team confirms what it became, so you can see which pages and sources bring paying clients.
What we won’t do
We won’t give legal or immigration advice, publish anything your attorneys haven’t approved, or promise outcomes for anyone’s case.

Questions firms ask first
Should our site offer a free immigration consultation?
That's your call, and the site should say plainly what you decide. People do search for free consultations. If yours are paid, we explain what the client gets for the fee, so the people who book are ready to go ahead.
Do you build pages for every type of immigration case?
We build pages for the case types your firm actually takes, written for the person in that situation. If you don't handle removal defense or investor visas, we won't write pages that bring you those calls.
Can you market to Spanish-speaking clients?
We'll show you the Spanish search demand in your market on the first call. Whether Spanish pages belong in your plan, and who reviews them, is something we agree before you sign.
How do you report results for a firm that charges flat fees?
Each month you'll see consults booked, retainers signed and first payments received, tied to the first source our tracking saw. Your team confirms each outcome, and you can use a matter ID instead of client details.
What if another immigration firm in my city already works with you?
Then we can't take you on while that engagement runs. We take one firm per practice area per city, and we'll tell you on the first call.
